Terms of service

1. We aim for your complete satisfaction. If you’re not happy with your order, you can request a return or exchange.

2. You have 14 days from the delivery date to apply for a return or exchange.

3. Items must be in good condition and mostly unused (at least 90% of the product should remain).

4. Return or exchange requests are processed quickly, usually within 3–5 business days.

5. Original delivery fees are non-refundable.

6. Customers will need to cover delivery costs for exchanging products.

7. Orders above Rs. 5,000 are only eligible for exchange (no refunds).

8. If you receive a product that is damaged, leaking, or incorrect, we will cover all shipping costs for the return or replacement.
