Refund policy

1. Your satisfaction is our priority! If you’re not happy with your order, you can request a return.

2. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

3. Items must be in their original condition, with at least 90% of the product unused.

4. Once we receive your return, we’ll process it within 3–5 business days.

5. Shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable.

6. Customers cover the shipping cost for exchanges.

7. If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, we’ll replace it at no extra cost.
